Below are some of the common issues experienced by our customers when using the SERIES INSTALLATION:

1) Existing phone handsets stop powering up or showing the caller id information (name & number) on incoming calls.
REASON:  This happens due to insufficient power available from your phone line.  Since the call blocker uses the power provided from your phone line, if there is not enough power available, it will not allow to pass sufficient power to the handsets.

SOLUTION:  Try installing your call blocker in PARALLEL using another phone jack (if available) OR a Y Splitter.  .

2) Call blocker does not register incoming calls.
REASON:  This happens due to insufficient power available from your phone line.  Since the call blocker uses the power provided from your phone line, if there is not enough power available, it will not work.
SOLUTION:  Try installing your call blocker in PARALLEL using another phone jack (if available) OR a Y Splitter.

3) Other telephone equipment stops working e.g. voicemail, fax, etc.
REASON:  This happens due to insufficient power available from your phone line.  Since the call blocker uses the power provided from your phone line, if there is not enough power available, it will not allow to pass sufficient power to other telephone equipment.
